We have launched a discount program to thank our customers for contributing to our apps!

XDevPod has published multiple apps, and currently, we expect customers to provide more feedback and suggestions.

To encourage customers to provide useful feedback to help us enhance the value of the apps, we have launched a discount event. The rules are as follows:

  1. Period: From May 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

  2. Eligibility: During the event, any customer who provides feedback for any XDevPod apps, including trial customers, can participate. Feedback can be one of the following:

    • Detailed description of issues encountered during app usage. Provide specific reproduction steps and screenshots (if applicable).

    • Propose useful new feature requests.

    • Provide useful improvement suggestions.

    • Other valuable feedback.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate all feedback. If the feedback is approved through evaluation, customers will receive a discount notification.

  4. Discount: Customers who successfully submit valuable feedback will receive a 10% discount, and you can choose one of the following options:

    • Single Cloud App Discount: 10% off for a single app for 12 months, which can be used for any XDevPod app on any Atlassian site.

      • After receiving the discount notification, you can proceed to fill out the discount application, provide the name of the app you want to apply the discount to, such as "Excalidraw for Confluence". The discount code will be sent via email, and you can use it according to Atlassian's promo code usage rules.

    • Cloud Site Discount: 10% off for the entire site for 12 months (subject to Atlassian's review), which can be used for any Atlassian Jira&Confluence site.

      • After receiving the discount notification, you can proceed to fill out the discount application, provide the Atlassian site URL you want to apply the discount to, such as "xdevpod.atlassian.net". We will provide a quotation after applying a 10% discount for the Atlassian site for you, and after Atlassian's approval, you can make payment through the payment methods specified in the quote, such as credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

    • Single Data Center App Discount: 10% off for a single app for 12 months, which can be used for any XDevPod app on any Atlassian instance.

      • After receiving the discount notification, you can proceed to fill out the discount application, provide the name of the app you want to apply the discount to, such as "AI for Jira". The promotion URL will be sent via email, when you follow the link, your app is added to your cart with the discount applied.

    • (Exhausted) Data Center Discount: 10% off for the data center instance for 1 year (subject to Atlassian's review), which can be used for any Atlassian Jira&Confluence instance.

      • After receiving the discount notification, you can proceed to fill out the discount application, provide the SEN you want to apply the discount to, such as "SEN-12345678". We will provide a quotation after applying a 10% discount for the instance for the you, and after Atlassian's approval, you can make payment through the payment methods specified in the quote, such as credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  5. Limitation: Each Customer is limited to using one promo code. Promo codes cannot be stacked.

  6. Others: If you do not receive the discount notification, you can inquire through the service desk or email. There are 50 promo codes offers available for this event, and once they are exhausted, the event will end without further notice. The final interpretation of this event belongs to XDevPod.
