Normally it’s not necessary to set the global configuration except you would like to your own kroki server as backend service.
X Diagrams uses kroki (https://kroki.io ) as backend service. You can also install Kroki on your own infrastructure to provide kroki server service. After you’ve installed Kroki, make sure to update the kroki server URL to point to your instance.
Confluence administrator can change the kroki server setting.
