  1. Open the Editing Interface: Begin by navigating to the page you wish to edit within Confluence.

  2. Select Text: Highlight the text you want to enhance by dragging your mouse over it.

  3. Click the AI Icon: Look for the AI icon located in the upper-right corner of the menu bar. Clicking this icon will open a new interface.

  4. Launch the Feature Panel: Upon clicking the AI icon, a pop-up box will appear. This box contains a list of functionalities such as 'Summarize Writing', 'Improve Writing', 'Fix Spelling & Grammar', and more.

Using Specific Features:

  • Example: Summarize Writing

    • After selecting the text and opening the AI feature panel, click on 'Summarize Writing'.

    • The plugin will process the highlighted text and generate a concise summary.

    • The summary will be displayed in the lower section of the pop-up box.

Options Within the Pop-Up Box:

  • Insert Content: Choose to insert the generated summary or corrected text directly into your Confluence page.

  • Copy to Clipboard: Easily copy the enhanced text to your clipboard for use elsewhere.

  • Retry: If you are not satisfied with the initial output, use the retry option for another attempt.

  • Cancel: Close the pop-up box without making any changes to your page.

Click on the ai icon button and select Brainstrom from the drop down options
