Page Comparison

The App has a default knowledge source built in, and you can modify its scope to make it more accurate in utilizing the useful knowledge in Confluence.
You can also add multiple knowledge sourcesAll the contents(page, blog, attachments) in confluence will be indexed by default. The Confluence Administrator can manage the Knowledge Source by customizing the scope

• Chang the default one

• Add new source

• Disable or Delete

Add Knowledge Source

Step 1: Click ”Add Knowledge Source” button, the select the source type:

• Spaces : to select which spaces to be added for indexing

• CQL: to define the content by CQL (Confluence Query Langeuage)

Step 2: Define the detail data source scope

E.g. The below scope can be selected for “Spaces“ data source type

• Spaces (one or more)

• Content type

  • Page

  • Blog

  • Attachment (text, pdf, word, ppt are all belong to attachment)

• Labels

...

Step 3: Preview and Save

After saving the scope, new content will be indexed autommatically.
